ङ Eकाम का दायरा Scope of workसलाहकार सनदी लेखाकार ननम्नललखखत के ललए उत्तरदायी होगााः The Consultant CA (Chartered Accountant) will be responsible for the following: ननयक्त सनदी लेखाकार राज्य स्तर की सभी पररयोजनाओं ु तथा एससीडीएफ और राज्य स्तर की इस प्रकार की योजनाओं के ललए उत्तरदायी होंगे। engaged Chartered Accountants shall be responsible for all state level projects including projects under SCDF and similar scheme at State level  विस्तत ृ            पररयोजना ररपोटण बनाना और पररयोजना मल्यांकन करनाू       Preparation of DPR and handling project appraisal. संबंधधत राज्य सरकार/ विभाग से समन्ियन/ संपकण Coordination/ Liasioning with State Government/Departments concerned  लसडबी गिाहाटी कायाणलय के ललए ु पररयोजना मल्यांकन, ू मंजररयााँ, संवितरर्ू तथा मलभू त संरचना और एमएसएमई ू पररयोजनाओं का अनितणनु
  Project Appraisal sanctions, disbursement, monitoring and follow up of infrastructure as well as MSME projects of SIDBI Guwahati office. राज्य स्तर की पररयोजनाओं से संबंधधत कोई अन्य गनतविधध Any other activity related to the state level projects.  बकैं की विशेषज्ञता के क्षेत्र में और उसके दहत का कोई अन्य काय,ण जो बकैं द्िारा समय-समय पर बताया जाए। Any other work, in the area of expertise and in the interest of the Bank as advised by the Bank from time-to-time.
च Fपात्रता मानदंड Eligibility Criteria
 अ a.आय सीमा ु  Age limit  आिेदन प्रस्तत करने की आखखरी तारीख यानीु 2/01/2023 को अभ्यथी 35 िष ण से अधधक का नहीं होना चादहए। The candidate should not be more than 35 years old as on last date of submission of Application i.e. 2/01/2023
ब b. शैक्षक्षक योग्यता Educational Qualificationआइसीएआई का अहणताप्राप्त सनदी लेखाकार Qualified Chartered Accountants from ICAI एमएस ऑकफस में प्रिीर्ता, खास तौर से एक्सेल और पािर पॉइंट, डाटा विश्लेषर्/प्रबंधन/ प्रेजेंटेशन टूल्स को िरीयता दी जाएगी Proficiency in MS Office, particularly excel and power point, data analysis / management / presentation tools shall be preferred. अभ्यथी आईसीएआई का सकिय सदस्य हो The candidate should have active membership of ICAI
 स C.अनभिु Experienceसामान्द्जक/आधथकण अिसंरचना पररयोजना वित्तपोषर् के क्षेत्र में अनभि ु तथा विलभन्न पररयोजना-वित्तपोषर्ों को संभालने की पष्ठभृ लम िांछनीय है और इसे िरीयता दी जाएगी।ू             
   Experience in the field of Social/economic infrastructure project financing and background in handling various project finance is desirable and will be preferred.
छ Gपाररश्रलमकन Renumeration पाररश्रलमक बाज़ार के अनरूप ु     ददया जाएगा। तथावप उपयक्त ु अभ्यथी के ललए यह सीमाकारक घटक नहीं होगा और यह यथान्द्स्थनत परस्पर ननधाणररत ककया जाएगा। The renumeration would be at market linked compensation. The same shall not be a limiting factor for the right candidate and will be mutually decided on case-to-case basis. 

 सामान्य शतें General Conditions:

क Aसंविदा की अिधध Period of Contractशरुआत में संविु दा तीन िष ण के ललए होगी, न्द्जसे बकैं अपने वििेक से आग े दो िष ण के ललए बढ़ा सकता है। दोनों ही पक्षों की ओर से एक महीने का नोदटस या उसके बदल ेिेतन ि भत्ते (यदद हों) का भगतान करके संविदा ु समाप्त की जा सकती है।   The term of contract would initially be for a period of three years, extendable, at sole discretion of the Bank, for a further period of up to two years. The contract can be terminated at one months’ notice on either side or salary and allowances (if any) in lieu thereof. 
ख Bसीटीसी                    और िेतनिद्धधृ      CTC        and increment सीटीसी बातचीत करके ननधाणररत होगी। िावषकण सीटीसी अभ्यथी के अनभि ु और उसके ितमण ान ननयोजन ि तैनाती स्थान पर लमल रही पररलन्द्धधयों पर ननभरण करेगी। उपयक्त अभ्यथी के ललए िेतन कोई बाधक घटक नहीं ु होगा। शरुआत में ननधाणररत सीटीसी पर िेतनिु द्धधृ का ननर्यण कायनणनष्पादनसमीक्षा के आधार पर ककया जाएगा।  The CTC offered is negotiable. Annual CTC will depend upon Experience & Emoluments of candidates in the present employment and place of posting. Salary shall not be a constraint for the right candidate. Annual increment on CTC finalized initially, shall also be considered by the Bank based on the performance review.
